Since its official launch in March 2011 until June 2018, the core has
• Rederived 269 mutant mouse lines
• Injected 51 transgenic constructs of which 9 are CRISPR constructs
• Cryopreserved mouse embryos from 87 lines and sperm from 171 lines
• Genotyped 42 lines
• Established three embryonic fibroblast cell lines from one double knockout line
• Cryorecovered 20 (sperm) and 47 (embryos) mutant mouse lines
